Support and general questions

Email hello@profitoniumapps.com for anything related to using EditEngine: how-to questions, billing, bug reports, or feature requests.

Response time: within one working day, usually faster. We're a small team that reads every email. You won't get a ticket robot.

When emailing about a specific edit run, please include:

  • Your Shopify store URL (e.g. your-store.myshopify.com)
  • The approximate date and time of the run
  • The field you were editing and the action you used (Set, Append, Search-Replace, Percent, or Delete)

That information lets us trace the run in our logs without a back-and-forth.

Shopify App Store support

If you'd rather use Shopify's built-in support channel, the "Get support" link on our App Store listing routes to the same inbox.

Feature requests

We track feature requests internally and ship them in priority order based on how many merchants ask. The fastest way to advocate for a feature is a short email with:

  • The exact workflow you're trying to do
  • How you handle it today, and why that's painful
  • Roughly how many products or variants are involved

Concrete use cases beat abstract feature names every time.

Bug reports

Email hello@profitoniumapps.com with:

  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • A screenshot if the issue is visual
  • The store URL and approximate timestamp

We fix reproducible bugs quickly, usually in the same week, and faster for anything affecting an active edit run.
